Appointments

We recommend booking appointments online to access the most up-to-date availability and scheduling options. A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. To ensure adequate time for our medical director to review all submitted paperwork, appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Additionally, a completed medical history form is required at least once per year to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

cancellations

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $50 cancellation fee. No-show appointments will also be subject to an automatic $50 charge to the card on file. If the cancellation or no-show fee is not successfully processed, the outstanding balance will be added to the total at your next appointment.

Please note: There are no exceptions to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

payments

We accept cash, card, and Cherry financing as payment at the time of your appointment. Purra Plus members may apply any available funds from their patient wallet toward their appointment. Additionally, eligible rewards programs (such as Aspire, X+, etc.) can be applied to reduce the total cost of your treatment.
