Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that involves using a small device equipped with fine needles to create tiny punctures in the skin. The punctures trigger the body's natural healing response, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin, which help to improve the texture, tone, and overall appearance of the skin. Microneedling can also be used to address a variety of skin concerns, including fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, hyperpigmentation, and enlarged pores. It is a minimally invasive procedure.

You will have your face cleansed to remove any traces of dirt & make-up.
You will have a numbing cream applied to your face. You will need to wait (typically 30 minutes) while the numbing cream works.
After your face is numb the cream is removed from your face and your face will be cleansed again.
You will undergo the treatment. The treatment involves making many, microscopic punctures into the epidermis of the skin using very fine sterile needles.
To do this, the device is moved over your skin repeatedly to puncture the epidermis. People who experience the treatment say that it feels like their skin is being rubbed with fine sandpaper while others describe the feeling of an electronic toothbrush being moved across your skin.
The treatment takes 15–20 minutes. After the treatment, your skin will be cleansed again and a high sun protection factor (SPF) sunscreen will be applied to your skin.

Platelet Rich Fibrin is a substance derived from the blood that is rich in platelets and growth factors.
Platelets: These are blood cells that play a crucial role in blood clotting and wound healing. Platelets contain growth factors that stimulate cell proliferation, tissue repair, and the formation of new blood vessels.
Fibrin: Fibrin is a protein that forms a mesh-like structure during blood clotting. In the context of PRF, fibrin serves as a scaffold for platelets, providing a matrix for tissue regeneration
PRF is produced by drawing a small amount of the patient's blood, obtained through venipuncture. The blood is then centrifuged to separate its components. The resulting PRF contains a concentrated mixture of platelets, fibrin, and white blood cells.
Combining PRF with Microneedling is often referred to as “Collagen Induction Therapy”
After your blood is drawn, and the PRF is obtained it can be used as a serum during your microneedling treatment. The PRF serum is immediately introduced to the injuries created by microneedling. This allows for the growth factors to initiate new skin growth at an even faster rate.
At the end of your microneedling procedure, your PRF will also be used as a cooling mask to help alleviate the burning feeling that often occurs at the end of the treatment. This will also continue to initiate and allow for faster healing.

To enhance results, plated exosomes can be applied post-treatment, accelerating healing and boosting overall skin rejuvenation.
(plated) exosomes are human derived from platelets from FDA approved donation banks in the USA.
When incorporated into your treatment, exosomes instantly absorb into the skin, stimulating collagen and elastin production for enhanced rejuvenation. Patients who opt for this treatment also receive a 30-day supply of intensive serum to continue healing and maximize results at home.
